Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU)

Effective August 3, 2025

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "TCU") are intended to define the terms of provision of the Actus Sport application (hereinafter "the Service") and the conditions of its use by the User.

Article 1: Access to the Service

The Service is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access and a compatible device. All costs related to accessing the Service (hardware, software, or internet access costs) are exclusively the responsibility of the User.

The Publisher uses all reasonable means at its disposal to ensure quality access to the Service, but is under no obligation to achieve this. Furthermore, the Publisher cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the network or servers or any other event beyond reasonable control, which would prevent or degrade access to the Service.

Article 2: Description of the Service

Actus Sport is a sports news content aggregation service. The Service collects, organizes, and presents information (headlines, summaries, images) from various public sources on the Internet. The Service also allows for the personalization of the user experience, including the selection of favorites and the activation of notifications.

Article 3: Intellectual Property

Application Elements: The general structure of the Service, as well as the texts (excluding external content), graphics, images, sounds, and videos that compose it, are the property of the Publisher. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of these contents and services, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of the Publisher is strictly prohibited.

External Content: The Service acts as an aggregator. The content of the articles (headlines, excerpts, associated images) and the mentioned brands remain the exclusive property of their respective authors and media. The Service only references and presents them, systematically citing the source. The Publisher claims no ownership rights over this third-party content.

Article 4: Publisher's Liability

The information disseminated on the Service comes from sources deemed reliable. However, the Publisher cannot guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or completeness of the information. The User assumes full responsibility for the use of the information and content of the Service.

The Publisher cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damage caused to the User's equipment when accessing the Service.

The Service may contain hypertext links to other sites on the Internet. Links to these other resources cause you to leave the Service. The Publisher is not responsible for the content of these external sites.

Article 5: User's Obligations

The User agrees to use the Service fairly, in compliance with these TCU, current laws and regulations, and the rights of third parties.

It is forbidden to use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes, and in particular to attempt to access the Service by any means other than the interface provided by the Publisher.

Article 6: Personal Data

The processing of personal data in the context of using the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these TCU.

Article 7: Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These TCU are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
