4. Data Used for Push Notifications

If you decide to enable notifications, an exchange of technical information is necessary. This processing is based on your consent, which you give by activating the feature.

What is sent to our server:

An anonymous notification token provided by your device's operating system (Google/Android, Apple/iOS) or your web browser.
The topics that interest you (e.g., "football", "f1").
The associated favorite team/player name (e.g., "Paris Saint-Germain").
The language you have chosen to receive notifications in the correct language.

Purpose and hosting:

This allows us to send you only the notifications you have requested. This token is not linked to any personal information. This data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in the Paris (France) region, ensuring a high level of security and GDPR compliance. The token is retained as long as you keep notifications active.

5. Your Rights Over Your Data

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

Right of access and rectification: You can modify your favorites and preferences at any time directly in the application.
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): You can delete all local data by clearing the application's cache. For notification data, simply disable notifications in the app's settings to have your anonymous token deleted from our servers.
Right to restriction of processing and right to object: You can disable notifications at any time to stop the processing of associated data.
Right to data portability: As the data is local and anonymous, this right is not applicable in this context.

6. Right to Lodge a Complaint
